Steps from the historic Mission Inn Hotel, in the downtown Riverside Historical area lies a long narrow corridor leading back to the "Downtowne Bookstore" on Main Street. Built in 1929, the store was later bought by two eager sisters wanting to fulfill a high school dream. They opened the bookstore in 1979. It later became part of the famous down town Ghost-Walk. Some of the paranormal activity taking place have been books slowly leaving the shelves and falling to the ground. Sightings of a child in the basement as well as several light anomalies caught on film."

After setting up our equipment, we went lights out. The team broke up into two groups. It wasn't long after team one decended into the basement that they began to get activity on their K2 meter's. The night progressed without major incident, that is, until we began reviewing our audio and video later that week. It became evident based on our EVP's that we were dealing with an intelligent haunt. Stay tuned for the reveal.
Conclusion:
After reviewing our experiences and footage captured from the investigation we have concluded that The Downtowne Bookstore is indeed active with intelligent activity that directly interacts and responds to those who work and visit the location.
